Beatrix Potter Appleby Dappley Great Demos

Morning all, hope you have all seen the new Crafters Companion Beatrix Potter release for Appleby Dappley it is absolutely gorgeous. Just thought I would let you all know that Susan from Crafty Nook in the indoor market in Durham is holding some demo's for this on Saturday, so if you are in the area don't miss the great opportunity, Susan would love to see you all.

This is just a simple sample of some I have made using just the stamps, embossing powder and some black and white card and paper. I made a set of small card and envelopes to go into the centre.

This is the kind of phone call I like

Well I was just sat down today watching Leann on Create and Craft when the phone rang, I was non to happy to say the least. But what a surprise it was someone from Debbi Moore Designs to say that I had won there competition in their first mag and had one £100 worth of their products. I am so excited can't wait for it to arrive.

Thought I would share

Hi I thought that I would share with you something that I made recently for Crafters Companion as a part of their design team. I used the Love stamps which they have had on Create and Craft today. I thought this set of champagne glasses was just right to make wedding stationery. I used Crafters Companion Ivory pearlesant card and used silver embossing powder. For the circle elements I used my spellbinders, for the greeting I just used word and changed the colour to a light grey to look like silver. These were really easy to make and I think they make lovely wedding stationery.

I'M SOOOO EXCITED AND HONOURED

Wow I am so excited I just had to let you know my news. I have been asked to join the Design Team for Crafters Companion, I did not even have to take a breath to say YES !!!!!!!. I just love all their products and am so honoured to be asked to join their team. Thought I would share with you a card I have made using the Flower Fairies of the Garden CD and Candy Tuft stamp. I must say that this is one of my favourite Cd's the papers are absolutely stunning and can be used for so many occasions.

Great News

Hi Sorry that I have not been on for a while but circumstances at home have been fairly hectic to say the least. Anyway, I thought I would share with you my great news. I was over the moon to have been a runner up in the Papercrafters of 2010 in the Papercraft Essentials magazine. Thought I would share my winning cards with you.
